Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Nice To Haves
- Dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Move customer vehicles safely through the service process
- Assist with customer vehicle pickup and delivery
- Maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas
- Help keep vehicles clean and ready for delivery
- Support service advisors and technicians with daily operations
- Perform basic vehicle walkarounds and inspections
