About The Position
Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment is a renowned family-run, fine dining steakhouse brand with a rich history spanning over four decades. Known for delivering an unparalleled culinary experience, the company prides itself on exceptional service, high-quality steaks, and creating memorable moments for every guest. We are seeking detail-oriented team members to join our restaurant as Service & Utility Prep staff. This daytime role is responsible for preparing the entire restaurant for dinner service by ensuring all guest-facing areas are clean, organized, and set to company standards. This position plays a key role in delivering a high-end dining experience by making sure the dining room, bar, patio, lobby, restrooms, and exterior areas are fully prepared before the evening team arrives.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable performing both cleaning and setup tasks
- Reliable daytime availability
Responsibilities
- Setting and arranging tables according to the daily floor plan
- Polishing glassware, flatware, and tableware
- Folding napkins and preparing table settings
- Stocking side stations and service areas
- Cleaning and dusting guest-facing spaces
- Restroom checks and supply stocking
- Sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep of interior areas
- Maintaining patios, entryways, and exterior spaces (leaf blowing, watering plants, pressure washing as needed)
- Trash removal and general restaurant readiness tasks
