This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also involves participating in stocking and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact respectfully, promote the organization's vision and values, and maintain a positive image. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
