About The Position

The Seasonal Service TM delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides solutions. The role ensures a fast and friendly checkout experience and supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintenance. Team members may assist with omnichannel fulfillment, store standards, safety and shrink programs, and custom framing sales and production. The position is based in a public retail store and may involve work in stock rooms, outdoors, and in the frame shop. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and satisfy applicable legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

• Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to help keep the store well merchandised and in stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to help ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other team members.
• Cross-train in custom framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
