Requirements
- Automotive technician experience required
- Personal tools required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures
- Flexible availability
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.
- Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.
- Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.
- Participate in factory and in‑house training to maintain and expand technical skills.
