About The Position

Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. Training pay is $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour. Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs).
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.

• Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
