Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience preferred
- EPA Certified preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish a great rapport with the customer
- Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Perform service repair of HVAC equipment
- Perform sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements
- Perform warranty service repair
- Perform Precision Tune-Ups
- Set sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
- Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
- On-Call rotation (nights/weekends)
- Follow all standard operating procedures
