About The Position

Toyota of Santa Fe is seeking motivated, entry-level or early-career automotive technicians with a solid foundation in automotive repair. The role involves performing vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Toyota standards, including oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, and basic diagnostics. Technicians will learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced professionals, document repairs accurately, and maintain quality workmanship. The position requires efficiency, a customer-first mindset, and participation in Toyota training and certification programs. This is an opportunity to build skills and earn more in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility with a busy shop.

Requirements

1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus but not required).
Automotive trade school graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic diagnostic and repair skills.
ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to continue learning.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience is a plus but not required.
ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
