About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals with a teamwork mindset to join their team as Service Technicians. The ideal candidates will communicate well, work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and be eager to learn. While a driver's license is strongly preferred, it is not required. Service Technicians ensure customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles and are fully cross-trained to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and customer service duties.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs; bend, reach, crawl, climb.
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive service/repair experience (any level).
• Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred).
• State Vehicle Inspector License a plus.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and customer-focused reasoning skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (lights, wipers, brakes, tires).
• Conduct multi-point inspections and maintain inspection records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields upon entry.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in training (on-site & e-learning).
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and basic facility upkeep.
• Promote customer loyalty through clear service reviews and quality work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
