About The Position
Join Our Team as a Service Technician at Hampton River Villas in Hampton, VA! Thalhimer is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Hampton River Villas in Hampton, VA. This full-time role offers a regular work week with on-call hours as needed. As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality of our apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained living environment. Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field
- CFC and HVAC certifications are required
- Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties if needed

Responsibilities
- Completing apartment work orders and turnovers promptly
- Performing repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Assisting with the upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff
- Working with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues
