About The Position
Super Source is a growing company in the hospitality industry, and we’re hiring a Field Service Technician to service commercial kitchen equipment across the Nashville area. No experience with commercial equipment? We’ll train you. Like working independently? This is a field-based role with your own route and company vehicle.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude (work or hands-on experience)
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial dish machines and kitchen equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Manage your daily service route and calls
- Build relationships with restaurant and hotel staff
