About The Position

Crystal Clear Custom Pools is seeking a motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician to join their team. This is a permanent W2 position, not a 1099 subcontractor. The role involves visiting customer residences to perform repairs and replace pool equipment, providing excellent customer service and technical expertise. The company is a top 50 nationwide pool service company and offers opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of two-year pool experience.
• Motivated, self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Dependable, hard-working.
• Able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
• Must be in good physical health.

Nice To Haves

• Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred.
• Rail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customer residences to perform repairs and replace pool equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to clients.
• Working outdoors and serving customers.
• Occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods.
