Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
HVAC Certification required
Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to excellent resident service
Great mechanical aptitude and strong organizational skills
Enthusiasm and a proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred—or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and plumbing throughout the property.
Assist in preparing apartments for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Complete resident work orders efficiently—most within 24 hours—with clear written documentation.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational pool area (must meet local code).
Identify hazards, follow all safety protocols, and help maintain a well-kept community.
Participate in a rotating 24-hour emergency maintenance call schedule.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
Work closely with the Service Supervisor and Property Manager to meet community standards and resident expectations.
