Service Technician
About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 186-unit residential community. The technician handles day-to-day property maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, responds to service tickets, maintains the property, and helps residents get repairs completed. The role follows a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule and includes paid rotating on-call duty. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour, with an opportunity for shared renewal commissions and a $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend. The position also offers a rent discount of up to 50%.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
- At least 1 year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent training/education.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC, EPA, or CFC certification.
