About The Position

Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown, Texas is seeking experienced Volkswagen or Audi Trained Technicians. This is a full-time, day shift position in the automotive category. The dealership has been family-owned and operated for over 30 years, offering great work hours, health benefits, and an excellent team environment. The ideal candidate will be focused, self-motivated, hard-working, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong work ethics. A minimum of 2 years of dealership experience in a VW or Audi store, at least 2 VW or Audi ILT’s, proficiency with ODIS, and GRP access/clearance are required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years dealership experience in a VW or Audi store
• At least 2 VW or Audi ILT’s
• Know how to operate ODIS
• Have GRP access / clearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Proficient in repairing water-cooled Volkswagens (both gasoline and diesel)
• Excellent Diagnostic Skills
• Positive attitude
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Volkswagen or Audi experience and formal factory training is required

Responsibilities

• Repair new and used Volkswagens in accordance with Volkswagen and Hewlett standards
• Recondition used vehicles of all makes for resale purposes
• Complete paperwork and documentation according to manufacturer requirements
• Maintain your stall(s) in a clean and organized manner
• Participate in regular shop meetings
• Be a productive member of a team that feels more like a family
• Other duties as assigned
