SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time SERVICE TECHNICIAN position. This role involves cleaning, sanitizing, repairing, and installing ice makers, in addition to changing water filters on company-owned equipment. The technician will respond to dispatched calls using a company-owned vehicle, inspect machines to identify malfunction causes, disassemble machines to reach affected areas, and repair or replace worn or defective parts. The position also includes preparing equipment for installation, assisting with installation and removal processes, communicating effectively with customers, and utilizing an electronic tablet for navigation and billing.
Requirements
- Previous mechanical experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities
- Cleans, sanitizes, repairs, and installs ice makers.
- Changes water filters on company-owned equipment.
- Responds to dispatched calls for machine repairs, ice maker cleanings, or water filter changes using a company-owned vehicle.
- Inspects machines visually and audibly to identify malfunction causes; disassembles machines to reach the affected area.
- Inspects parts for wear, misalignment, or other issues; removes and replaces worn or defective parts; repairs broken components; realigns and adjusts elements; tests machine operation after repairs.
- Prepares equipment for installation at various locations and provides assistance during the installation and removal processes.
- Carries out additional responsibilities as designated.
- Communicates effectively with customers.
- Utilizes an electronic tablet for navigating between jobs and billing for completed tasks.
