About The Position

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs keeps commercial coffee equipment running for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. We're looking for a field technician who takes that responsibility seriously — someone who's handy, curious, and clear-headed under pressure.

Requirements

Some experience with hands-on repair work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house).
Knowledge of how to use a multimeter.
A valid driver's license.
A clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
A reliable smartphone.
A secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS.
Basic vehicle confidence (handling a flat tire, dropping vehicle for maintenance).

Nice To Haves

Formal credentials (not required, but implies certifications or specific training could be beneficial).

Responsibilities

Run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts.
Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults.
Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, building adapters when the job calls for it.
Disassemble and reassemble components with precision and care.
Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation.
Write detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings.
Track time and manage digital tickets through ServiceTitan.
Walk customers through your findings in language they can actually understand.
Taste coffee post-repair to confirm the machine is producing correctly.
Assist with parts receiving and inventory counts.
