We are seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our Service Team! Reporting to the Equipment Service Manager, this role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of coffee and micro-market equipment at customer sites. We're open to hiring both entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow, as well as experienced technicians ready to hit the ground running. Requirements

• Completed technical school or 1+ years' experience in a technical/mechanical role preferred
• Proficient use of mobile devices for call management, work instructions and communication
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and peers
• Clear driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 years
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required by call volume
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the past three (3) years and a clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment including beverage coolers, fixtures, kiosks and supplies for customer installations
• Triage inbound equipment for functionality and condition
• Maintain equipment and millwork shop area to company standards
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on company coffee, beverage and point-of-sale equipment
• Complete basic troubleshooting per training as required
• Update call and asset records and communicate call issues to Equipment Service Manager
• Maintain company vehicle and parts/supplies in an organized manner
• Safely operate and use company vehicles and equipment
• Assist with equipment movement activities as necessary
