Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Poseidon’s marine systems at customer sites. This position will be based on the East Coast of Canada (Nova Scotia preferred) and will support all current and prospective customers across the region. The Technician will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong service support for Poseidon’s growing East Coast operations. Between site visits, the Technician may support remote diagnostics, coordination with the head office team, and contribute to ongoing system performance improvements. Given the early stage of East Coast operations, this role will also include light commercial support activities, working alongside the commercial and operations teams to support customer relationships, system optimization, and potential growth opportunities.
