About The Position
Service Technician Charleston area - Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on RTUs, chillers, boilers, and split systems. - Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and pressure gauges to identify failures. - Installation: Set up new HVAC/R units, including ductwork, piping, and wiring, according to technical specifications. - Compliance: Handle and recover refrigerants in accordance with EPA Section 608 regulations. - Customer Service: Communicate technical issues and repair options to facility managers and business owners. - Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of work, parts, and performance metrics in the CMMS.
