About The Position

Audi of Downtown LA is seeking experienced Service Technicians who are passionate about Audi and Volkswagen vehicles and enjoy solving complex automotive challenges. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume service department with a consistent workflow, supported by experienced Service Advisors. The dealership offers opportunities for career advancement, paid training, and a positive, team-oriented work environment. An upcoming shop remodel will provide more space, new flooring, and improved lighting. Technicians will be paid biweekly.

Requirements

Audi or Volkswagen experience required
2+ years of prior automotive repair experience required
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
