About The Position

The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you play a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of the community. You will work hands-on to complete repairs, support unit turns, and respond to service requests in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Prior maintenance experience in multifamily or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Professional attitude when interacting with residents and staff

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready tasks
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs (based on experience)
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and property standards
• Communicate clearly with onsite teams
