About The Position
Feazel Roofing, one of the nation’s leading residential roofing contractors, is seeking an experienced and driven Exterior Repair Technician to join our team. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving exterior repair challenges, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a Service Technician, focused on exterior repair, you’ll be responsible for performing roofing, siding, and exterior service repairs. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the long-term integrity of our projects. You’ll handle everything from minor leak fixes to larger repair projects, always with a focus on safety, quality, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of roofing/siding service and repair experience (no replacement experience required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or certifications preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel as needed for service work
- Comfortable with heights; physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, solution-based approach to challenges
- Available for overtime and on-call service as needed
Nice To Haves
- Safety certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, etc.) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform roofing, siding, and exterior service repairs including sealing leaks, repairing flashing, replacing damaged shingles/siding panels, resealing trim, and caulking
- Handle larger repair projects (chimney flashing rebuilds, dormer/window trim repairs, siding sections, etc.) with a focus on quality and safety
- Safely ascend/descend ladders up to 40 ft and perform repair work at heights
- Communicate job requirements clearly to managers, team members, and customers
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of self, vehicle, and equipment
- Document inspections, repair details, and materials used
- Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and OSHA requirements
- Promote additional services or products when appropriate
- Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
