About The Position

Jeff Wyler CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join their team in Springfield, Ohio. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, utilizing factory diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures. The technician will perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs with accuracy and efficiency, troubleshoot advanced electrical, drivability, transmission, diesel, hybrid, and ADAS systems, and complete digital inspections. The position requires close collaboration with Service Advisors to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Continuous learning through Stellantis technical training is expected to stay current with emerging vehicle technologies.

Requirements

• Professional automotive technician experience required.
• CDJR or dealership experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Team-first attitude with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Stellantis certifications are highly valued.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Diesel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
