About The Position

Jeff Wyler Colerain Nissan is looking for Experienced flat rate technicians to join their state-of-the-art facility in a prime location in Colerain. Requirements

Automotive and engine repair experience preferred.
Experience working on Nissan cars or Nissan certifications preferred
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use diagnostic equipment.
Good hand-eye coordination.
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Functions as an experienced technician who can diagnose and repair most vehicle components with little supervision and has previously worked as a A or B Class service technician.

Responsibilities

Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, by the dealership and factory standards.
Diagnoses the cause of most malfunctions and performs repair.
Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Communicates with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if the work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
