As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. You will collaborate with the management team to ensure the car wash runs safely and effectively, contributing to a clean and reliable service for all customers. Requirements

Ensure excellent wash quality through maintenance, repairs, and communication
Build positive relations and experiences for all customers and Team Members
Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Support, train, mentor, and grow current and future Service Technicians, Managers, and Team Members
Strive for excellence in all tasks

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance on wash equipment, building, and site
Ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience
Work closely with the management team to keep the car wash running safely and effectively
Contribute to a clean and reliable service for all customers
Responsible for all aspects of site maintenance and Service Request completion
Document service, preventative maintenance, and corporate credit card expenditures
Source and order parts
Manage special projects
