About The Position
Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits. At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. Training pay is $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour + Sales Incentives. Total compensation estimate is $40,000 - $45,000 Per Year. One weekend a month may be needed. You set your schedule. Flexible hours mean you work when it makes sense. No micromanaging, no fixed 9-to-5. Plan your day, prioritize stops, and build lasting client relationships. You have your own territory. Manage a defined route that's yours to build. Your relationships, your reputation. Unlimited earning potential with uncapped sales incentives. The more you grow your route, the more you take home. No ceiling on what you can earn. You will have a team behind you. Independent in the field, never alone. A strong support team backs every technician. Extensive training program to earn your licenses and set you up for success.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
