About The Position

BestDrive is hiring Service Technicians at all levels (I, II, III, and IV). Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $4,500 depending on the technician level. Requirements

Valid driver's license required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Nice To Haves

Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of tire service technician experience
CDL License a plus
TIA certification

Responsibilities

Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.
Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.
Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.
Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.
Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path.
