This role partners closely with the onsite maintenance team to ensure service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns are completed efficiently while maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the communities. Requirements

Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
General maintenance or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, basic electrical work, and preventative maintenance.
Complete apartment turns including touch-up painting, drywall repair, caulking, and general punch work.
Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests and work orders.
Assist with grounds maintenance, trash removal, and maintaining clean common areas and breezeways.
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
