About The Position

This is a field-based position where you will spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You will start and end your day from your service area, not from an office. The company is looking for a motivated Service Professional to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer retention and reducing callbacks by completing all assigned stops. Every day is a little different, but the mission is to deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

Requirements

No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Retain customers and reduce callbacks by completing all assigned stops.
Manage your own service route throughout the day.
Treat 10-15 homes per day.
Communicate with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Drive company vehicles.
Clean work areas.
Assist with other administrative tasks.
Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
Ensure every customer experience is a great one.
