Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • ASE certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
  • Personal tool set required

  • Automotive Technology certificate or related training
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Fabrication or welding experience

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain mobility and accessibility equipment, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive mobility solutions.
  • Accurately document inspections, repairs, and service work.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  • Recommend and perform effective repairs.
  • Stay current on evolving mobility and accessibility technologies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Gain a complete understanding of store operations and service expectations.
  • Complete service work within established timelines.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
