Requirements
- A clean and valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
- A minimum of 3 years Ford/Lincoln experience required
- ASE Certification
- ASE 8 Engine Performance Certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and network abilities
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, including Lincoln models.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as fluid changes and inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address vehicle problems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and accurate repairs.
- Uphold dealership standards for quality and client services
