About The Position

The Service Technician will travel to customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas to service and repair multifunction and single-function document systems. This role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. The technician will also provide exceptional customer service, interact with a variety of businesses and individuals daily, and maintain a professional appearance and effective communication.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Current, valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided for fuel and wear/tear)
Professional appearance
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Strong desire to develop technical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
