Requirements

5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural or heavy equipment
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unaided and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working around equipment, fluids, and varying environmental smells
Safety-minded and compliant with all workplace safety regulations
Applicants must be able to meet and maintain insurable driving status and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on a variety of farm equipment
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag system repairs
Independently analyze equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions
Support and mentor junior technicians as needed, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Follow service schedules while managing workflow efficiently and accurately
Document work performed in detailed reports and work orders with a high level of accuracy
Use advanced diagnostic tools, electronic parts catalogs, and technical resources to support repairs
Collaborate with other departments and team members to provide a seamless customer experience
