Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations (nights and weekends)

Nice To Haves

  • EPA, CFESA, or other technical certifications
  • Experience working with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment
  • Partner with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Follow safety protocols, document service work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
