Service Technician - Tinley Park-Glendale Heights Region
About The Position
The Service Technician is responsible for providing timely and friendly service to all PSG locations, while repairing all VGT and Coin Operations equipment across their assigned route. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and team members and uphold company standards of customer service. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- PC proficiency
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Experience within VGT industry is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and team members and uphold company standards of customer service
- Understanding and adhering to all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Completing required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Projecting a positive image of the company at all times
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment
- Ability to accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks
- Handling Slot Machine malfunctions
- Assisting Route Service Manager
- Verifying customer payouts
- Completing required paperwork in a timely manner
- Informing Route Service Managers of Gaming machine problems
- Providing outstanding team member and customer relations
- Assisting customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Providing answers and explanations and rectifying problems as appropriate
- Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, department and company policies
- Keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
