About The Position

BestDrive Commercial Tire Centers specializes in providing fleet customers with innovative tire solutions including award-winning Continental and General Tire brand products, innovative commercial solution products such as ContiPressureCheck, and a wide array of multi-brand truck tires. We currently have 25 locations throughout the United States and continue to rapidly expand our footprint. BestDrive is hiring Service Technicians at all levels (I, II, III, and IV). Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $4,500, depending on the technician level.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of tire service technician experience
- CDL License a plus
- TIA certification
Responsibilities
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.
- Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.
- Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.
- Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
- Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.
- Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
- Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path.
