Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
- Complete apartment turns and preventative maintenance to company standards
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and vacant units in safe, attractive condition
- Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and your team
Benefits
- $22.00- $26.00 per hour
- $300 quarterly
- $15 per day for holding the on-call phone
