Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience a minimum of 2-5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
  • Ability to lift to 55 pounds
  • Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy
  • Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening
  • Computer skills including Microsoft office
  • Knowledgeable about all safety requirements

Nice To Haves

  • bachelor's degree or certification preferred
  • relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk in coolers/freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems
  • Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner.
  • Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free
  • Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas related issues with commercial kitchen equipment
