Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Experience a minimum of 2-5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment
Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
Ability to lift to 55 pounds
Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy
Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening
Computer skills including Microsoft office
Knowledgeable about all safety requirements

Nice To Haves

bachelor's degree or certification preferred
relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk in coolers/freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems
Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner.
Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free
Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas related issues with commercial kitchen equipment
