Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is a plus.
- B-level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise repairs.
- Proficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills; experience with electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine eagerness to learn and improve.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders in line with dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicle’s needs, providing clear estimates for additional repairs when necessary.
- Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
