About The Position

Divcon is hiring Service Technicians for its growing Texas team, supporting data centers and other critical facilities. The role provides on-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Delta Controls Building Automation Systems (BAS). Technicians perform hands-on field work to help ensure customer systems operate reliably, efficiently, and in accordance with Divcon standards. The position supports commissioning and system startups under the guidance of engineering or senior technicians, and responds professionally to service calls, alarms, and customer-reported issues.

The job is full-time and includes overtime. Projected total compensation is $40 to $50 per hour. Work locations include San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Midland–Odessa, and Dallas–Fort Worth. Divcon offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Service Technicians.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Delta Controls or similar BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Siemens, or Johnson Controls.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment, control devices, and BAS field wiring.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Delta Controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of Delta Controls BAS, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and networked devices.
• Support commissioning, system startups, point-to-point verification, and functional testing under the guidance of engineering or senior technicians.
• Respond to service calls, alarms, and customer-reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform firmware updates, configuration changes, and minor programming adjustments as directed.
