Requirements

  • Experience in diesel mechanics preferred: Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
  • Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly.
  • Perform high-quality welding and fabrication using arc, gas, stick, and wire-feed processes to complete repairs.
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
