About The Position

The Service Technician will be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing their attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality and accountability. This role involves performing dispatch service calls to assist guests with any physical or mechanic needs, operating and managing company vehicles and tools, and tracking inventory of service supplies. The technician will also provide technical expertise for service call resolutions, complete repairs, and assist housekeeping as needed. All service activities must be reported, keeping the RMS system updated for all departments. The technician will also be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment within the service department and providing timely service and repairs to resort guests with a hospitable and friendly demeanor, while supporting and following all company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and able to withstand long periods of time on your feet.
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to complete work assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and night shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Dispatch service calls to assist ours guests with any physical or mechanic need
  • Report all service activites on a table keeping the RMS system updated for all departments involved
  • Operate and manager company vehicles and tools
  • Tracking inventory of service supplies needed
  • Provide technical expertise for service call resolutions and complete repairs where necessary.
  • Assist housekeeping in daily check-ins as needed.
  • Report all service issues to the Service supervisor
  • Repair and maintain equipment utilized and within the service department.
  • Provide service and repairs to resort guests in a timely manner.
  • Approach all guests with a hospitable and friendly demeanor.
  • Support and follow Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
  • All other duties as assigned.
