About The Position

RideNow Powersports is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join their growing team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various powersports vehicles. The technician will work with an experienced team, follow OEM procedures, and ensure quality work to keep customers riding safely. The company provides paid factory training and mentorship from master technicians, with clear paths for advancement.

Requirements

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 3+ years working as a technician in automotive or powersports facility
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with the experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications
