About The Position
Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players to join their team as a Service Technician. This role offers a chance to build a long-term career with comprehensive training provided, meaning no prior automotive experience is required. The ideal candidate communicates well, learns fast, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required. As a Service Technician, you will help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

- Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Any level of automotive experience
- Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
- State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
- Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
- Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
- Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
- Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
- Participate in on-site and online training
- Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
- Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
- Perform other assigned duties
