In this position, you will perform service visits for customers after completion of home remodel projects. You will diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions, and produce timely and detailed service reports. Service projects may include repairing showers, tubs, and fixing plumbing leaks; wrapping windows and replacing window sashes; installing shower doors; interior trim work; taping and mudding of sheet rock; drywall patching; siding and shingle installation; and general caulking and cleaning.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to read, understand, and follows safety procedure
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
• Quality of work standards
• Excellent planning and organization skills
