About The Position
Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program has an opening for a Service Technician working full-time (35-hours per week) working daily at LHDC Spencer County locations. This position may also assist at other LHDC housing locations as needed. The role includes but is not limited to grounds maintenance, cleaning and preparing units to rent, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. Applicants must be able to work well with the public.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel locally and out-of-area as necessary
- Pass necessary background checks

- Previous experience or training in grounds and essential residential maintenance
