About The Position

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a long-term home at a dealership where there is a variety of work and opportunities to continue developing their skills. You'll primarily work on Subaru vehicles, while also seeing other makes and models through our used vehicle operation. We're looking for someone who can contribute to the shop, work well with the rest of the team, and consistently produce quality repairs. Requirements

Approximately 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Ability to accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Must have your own professional automotive tools

Nice To Haves

Subaru experience
ASE, manufacturer, or other industry certifications

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing vehicles correctly
Performing everything from general maintenance and repairs to more involved diagnostic work
Accurately documenting findings, repairs, and recommendations
Servicing and reconditioning a variety of makes and models (in addition to Subaru)
