Egglefield Ford, a long-established, family-owned dealership with over 100 years in operation, is seeking experienced, reliable, and motivated technicians to join their Service Team at their sister store, High Peaks Ford, in Raybrook, NY. The dealership focuses on efficient, accurate service and a professional work environment. Candidates should have prior automotive experience and an interest in continued onsite training. The team works together to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

Prior automotive experience
Ability to read and understand written instructions and repair information
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
Ability to operate diagnostic equipment; basic computer skills
Maintains a clean and organized work area

Responsibilities

Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership procedures
Use diagnostic tools and service equipment; test drive vehicles as needed
Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding repair status, additional needs, and time requirements
