As a C-Level Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Personal set of professional automotive tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with European or luxury vehicles is preferred but not required.
- ASE certifications are preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and engine performance concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and factory-recommended services.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer service information to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
- Complete repairs according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership quality standards.
- Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors.
- Maintain productivity while delivering first-time repair quality.
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies through ongoing training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and manufacturer procedures.
